Material Inspection
Coil or sheet is inspected for base surface defects before finishing begins.
Surface Preparation
Cleaning and prep to remove mill scale, oils, or contaminants before polishing.
Polishing / Finishing
BA mirror or No.4 hairline finish applied uniformly across the full coil or sheet width.
PVC Coating (if required)
Protective PVC film laminated immediately post-polish to preserve the finished surface.
Inspection & Dispatch
Final surface check, recoiling or sheet stacking, and secure packaging before dispatch.
